Hello Shredders.
I dont have much to say today.
Only went for a brief swim in the ocean today and did 115 pushups over the day.
Also i want to do a little challenge for myself to get up to high numbers of pushups without overworking my chest to avoid injury.
Ill be doing 15 pushups more than the previous days from now on. So tomorrow its 130
Ill take a day off of pushups only on sunday and start at my old pushup count on monday.
(This is a personal thing im doing. If anyone is interested in doing the same, please do so, even if you start from a higher startnumber than 115. I think its a great way to give yourself detailed goals ahead of time.)
The only thing new for today is that for the convinience of my goals im changing up my diet a bit.
Im going to have a hard time staying on a low calorie diet here in the states, where my dad and my family is constantly pressing food on me.
Also my primary goal is to build up power and improve in the exercises i do.
As you probably know its hard yo gain muscle while losing fat, and that it will get alot harder as you become lighter.
In other words I'll be bulking from now on for the duration of my vacation at the least, as opposed to the last 1 and a half weks where i worked to shred off some fat.
From friday on i will probably be able to get to a local gym in massachusets, so i can lift.
If this doesnt work i can always go back to my grandfather's old dumbells =P.
