Hello Shredders
As this month runs out, the second collective pushup challenge is drawing to an end.
And with this I want to thank the participants, larry and juli. I hope youve enjoyed it as much as i did. I was great to have you two on board.
Now... at the end of this challenge I would like to introduce a few others.
These will be a bit more challenging.They will start in synch with my new mission, so my number of days will also be the number of days this challenge has been running.
Maybe this first goal seems a bit lofty, but I want to give it my all while im stil with you
Here we go:
Challenge: Push Ups
Goal: 10.000 Pushups
From: 30th of September
Till: 31th of October
Ok, I can see that you are making big eyes. You are probably thinking: "10.000 Push Ups in 32 DAYS? Is it even Possible?"
I tell you that it is possible, and that all you need is willpower.
All you have to do is increase your push up count gently, and ensure constant Progress.
I am confident. Today I noticed, that since the 3000 push up challenge ended, i had already done more than 3000 push ups again.
I failed miserably in that challenge and barely managed more than half with the deadline. That challenge lasted 20 days.
Now i did 3000+ in 15 days. I am confident, that i can keep this progress going and have no doubt about reaching my goal.
Now to the second Challenge:
This is more designed for the relaxed minds who want to be challenged but wont go overboard like me. I will not participate in this Challenge myself.
Challenge: Push Ups
Goal: 5000 Push Ups
From: September 30th
Till: October 31st
And as i said several times, these repetition challenges require nothing but willpower. If your desire is strong enough you can archieve these goals. The number of repetitions you can do in one set is not a barrier separating you from this challenge. You can do anything you set your mind to.
The next Challenge Involves what I call the Highscore amd will be a weekly Challenge
Challenge: Push Ups
Goal: Beat the Current Highscore and hold it till end of week
Duration: 29th Sept to 5th of Oct; 6th of Oct to 12th Oct; 13th Oct to 19th Oct;
20th Oct to 26th Oct and from the 27th Oct to the 2nd Nov.
Simple setup. Just do as many in one day as you can and break the highscore.
Hope to get some competetive motion here. :-)
And lastly something for some of you who are just starting out with doing push ups at all.
Challenge: Push Ups
Goal: 2000 Push Ups
From: 30th September
Till: 31st October
I want to get as many people involved into pushups as possible, so this is the starter challenge. You have 32 days to do 2000 pushups. SO if you do 63 push ups each day, you will at the end have done 2016 pushups. Now 63 pushups is very do-able for any of you. Id like this push up group to expand past 4 people and hopefully carry on after i leave, so heres your chance to get involved as well.

Hey Dannie, thank you for organising this p.u.-challenge, I had lots of fun...I would like to compare again and WILL reach 3000 p.u., :-D.
Lilla is great in web-design, maybe she has an idea.
