Day 47 --> M1 P2 Day 42: Added Challenge(s)

Hello shredders.

Ill invite you now to take a look to the right side of my blog, where i have added a new chalenge chart.
To actually hold myself more accountable, i want to reach at least 3000 push ups done in totalm over the next 20 days.
Ill be trying to exeed the 3000, and invite anyone to join me.
If in fact one of you should be interested, ill also open a challenge, of who has the most push ups in total over a limited time period(like lilla's running challenge, just with push ups xD(too bad there aren't any nike+ pushup sensors, lol.)
Anyhow, please leave a comment. Seeing improvement when competing on how many push ups you can do at once, is good, however progress comes over alot of time.
In this type of challenge, you will actually be able to score very high, even if you cant do many at once.
Summed up: this challenge is all about willpower and seizing the opportunity to act when it arrises.
This should make things alot more competitive compared to the "pushup's in one go" challenge.
Im really exited about this right now.
PLEASE leave a comment if you want to participate. No matter what level your at in push ups at once, you CAN and WILL succeed here if you have the will.

Well to my day today.
I went to the softball games today. Luckily, the weather was much better today, even if the field was still quite muddy. Got a good ammount of cardio in while training.
I asked my friend today about the opening times in the gym on weekends. Now i see why it was closed yesterday when i got there.
It was opened to 2 pm today, and i came back from softball at 4 pm, so i couldnt go to the gym today.
Tomorrow however its back to normal. Gym is open here till 9 pm on weekdays.
Might be going swimming tomorrow morning as well.
Ill see how the weather does.

You are doing so well. Keep at it.

OK - I will join in your push up challenge. I can do some push ups no matter where I am!

ANd I seriously doubt you are above 15% BF Definitely pushing towards the 12% range. Especially with the four pack starting to show up. Shred on mate!

Hey Danny,

I'm not quite ready to join the 3000 pushup challenge. I have a history of shoulder impingement (due to to much focus on chest before), and I think focusing on too much volume with pushups may again bring back my shoulder pain.

BUT, I will still push through with the previous challenge (max pushups in one go). I just did 48 tonight, just before going to sleep.

Sorry to hear ron. I know what you mean. I had a shoulder problem too, and they had to fix my spine once for it. I hope it doesnt return to me, and to you as well.
