Hello shredders.
Well today was a good day.
Nutrition worked in my favour and i got an intense workout at the gym.
I also used the treadmill at the gym to do a short HIIT session. I feel a little out of tune with running on a treadmill right now, but ill be back to my normal standards soon.
Tomorrows my fathers birthday, so im going to have a hard time sticking to the calorie limit. Ill see how it works out.
Also i doubt that the one day will blow me away(which i know is possible btw).
Anyhow ill see tomorrow.
We will be watching a movie tomorrow and hopefully i can get my swimming pass in order(so i can go swimming for free after paying about 50-80 euros at once for 4 months). That would make it alit easier, as even 2.50 per visit pile up over time.
Im below 90 kg today. It feels like yesterday when i finally managed to break the hundreds.
2.5 more kg and ive lost a total of 20 kg.
I think ill be stopping at 85 kg. SO my mission goals might change a bit.
When i reach my target weight(possibly early) ill start on more of a bulking diet.
Then its time to get big and powerfull :).
However ill have to see if 85 kg will give me my wanted six or four pack.
If not ill just have to go lower and see how far i need to go.
Of course training is a huge part as well, so i wont slack off there.

Congratulations on breaking 90kg's Danny, that is a major milestone. You must feel so much lighter now! Have you measured your bf recently?

No i havent. My scale officially was a waste of money.
Ill have to find a different way to measure it =P
