Day 36 --> M1 P2 Day 30

Hey shredders.

I dont have alot to report today.
I did some abs and core workout exercises today.
Weater was really bad, so swimming wasnt going to be possible(i dont swim in thunderstorms)

Tomorrow im back to the gym, and might also go swimming if the weather clears up.

Nutrition today was spot on, but i was left quite hungry over the day anyways.
My trick for urgent hunger is, to drink a glass or 2 of water and then immedietely have a small slice of cheese.
The water fills up your stomache, while the tasty cheese gives you the flavour, that you crave. Its low in calories, so its a good addition when hungry.
However you shouldnt repeat it too often over the day. No matter how low in calories it is, youll see the effects if it piles up.

Now to some good news.
I lost some weight again.
I reached my Phase 1 day today. Its just one day late, so i dont mind at all.
Tomorrow ill be even less than 90.
I truly feel like im in the best shape of my life now. Im pretty sure, that the daily pics show that to an extent.
