Hey readers.
This is just a little post, so i can put my ultimate goals in writing. Everyone who read adams posts had heard the words " think big" before, also we know how successfully his dream picture motivated him.
So I came to the conclusion, that i should put down my ultimate goals in a post.( i have 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 till ill have to go to basic training
Well here we go:
Do 150 continous push ups( at the begining following this plan:
www.hundredpushups.com , and continuing on my own for the last 50)
Do 80 or more push ups in 1 minute
Do 200 continous sit ups
Run 1.5 miles in 8.55 minutes(ill have to test this on the track, as my treadmill cant go fast enough for me to complete this.)
Swim 500 metres in 11.00 minutes.
Do 15 Pull ups
Do 200 Flutter Kicks
Do 100 Leg Lifts
Run 10 km in 45 min
Well i know my goals are skyhigh, but why not. I still have alot of time and plenty of energy to reach these goals.(and motivation ^^)

Id thank you, but ill leave that to when i reach them, hehe.
Feel really good atm as i shredded noce and hard today.
