Mission1 Day 1 : 3...2...1.. Takeoff!

G'day Readers

Today is Day 1 of my first small 28 day mission.
I got an unexpected call from a friend around noon asking if i wanted to go to the local pool. Well of course I agreed.
Swimming is a great workout afterall, and i feel a light soreness all over my body from it now.
We stayed there for about 4 hours swimming at a very mild tempo most of the time, but about 30-45 minutes was dedicated to workout, in which we swam at a rapid pace.

Anyhow, I wasnt satisfied with only working out at the pool, as i still had alot of spare time left today, so i rested for a couple of hours and then did 2 kinds of lactic acid training on both arms. I really love this tecnique by the way, a the soreness gives you a good sense of accomplishment, and of course your muscles grow.

I had my gallon of water today, including a protein shake after the lactic acid training.

I did 1 set of push ups till failure to see where im at.Im at 20 continuous push ups that the moment and i aim to reach 40 before this mission ends.

Tomorrow ill be running. I'll try out the HIIT program on my running, as that will also be my first time trying this.

Hope I am. Just checked the scale, and i lost 400 grams/.4 kg since yesterday
