Hey shredders.
As planned, i finished my workout for today. I am wasted now.
No cardio tomorrow, as my legs felt like collapsing after my cycling today.
I upped my distance to 60 km in one run today. It was really a challenge i wanted to take for quite some time, and now i know that i can do it, if I try.
It took me about 3 and a half to 4 hours. I didnt check the time at all.
Surprizingly, there wasnt a single second of boredom. I really enjoy my cardio lately ^^
In the last 3 days i cycled a total of 118 kilometres. That should prove, that i like riding my bike.
Lucky for me, it stayed cloudy all day, and didnt rain at all, even though the sky looked like it was ready to burst.
For other kinds of training, I did some very heavy lactic acid training today, a couple hours after my cycling, and worked on my pull ups again.
For my nutrition, i got all my calories in, but not at the planned times, but it worked out.
I had my protein shake and my 3 litres of daily water, as planned though.
Just to give you an update, I reached a new personal best today on my weight.
93.9 kg, which is 800 gramms lighter than the day before.
My cardio did my job for me then. I weigh myself in the morning, as im pretty empty, concerning food and drink in my system by then.
As I upped my cardio again today, i hope to lose another nice batch of weight till tomorrow morning.
Well thats it for today.
Good Night
Shred on

Danny,
You are rock'n. Great progress.
Hey Dan,
great!
I did the Half-Vätternrundan last year and I know what cycling means.
So great!
You will have the wanted success, just keep going.
Juli
Thanks for the comments, you two.
By the way juli, whats the Half-Vätternrundan?
I guess its a bike race.
But ive never heard of it.
Danny
Great job on the riding!
Be careful with daily weighing and the expectation of daily losses. You WILL experience a gain and it WILL play with your head. Stick to weekly or fortnightly weigh-ins of you must track your weight at all. I don't weigh myself at all at the moment. My weight is not a factor in my transformation. I want to be lean and muscular NOT a certain number when I stand on a scale.
True mike.
Im just using the scale, to see if im making progress.
My main goal os to make it to 90 kg at the moment(burning fat, not muscles). Then maybe a bit further to 85 or 83 kg, before i start bulking.
And, yeah i know that at sme point, the scale will give me disapointing results.
Actually today i discovered that i didnt lose any at all.
Im fine with that though.
It will take alot more to discourage me =P
Thanks for the comment.
Danny
Hey Dan,
here you get and impression:
http://www.vaetternrundan.se/default.aspx?lang=1
It happens each year in Sweden around a lake called "Vättern", it is one of the most famous bike-races. The full one is 300 km, the half-one 150 km.
Have an eye on your nutrition, lost muscle is difficult to regain.
I adore your willpower.
Juli
Thanks juli.
Are you gonna participate in it again in september?
Or even the full race?
Danny
