Hello readers.
Ill get right to the point as I want to sleep as soon as possible.
I completed my workout again today.
10 Push ups
10 Sit ups
15 Flutter Kicks
10 Leg lifts
15 Lumbell lifts(10kg)
10 Pull downs
27 Shoulder routine(2 kg)
3 Triangle push ups
8 Angled Sit ups
2 Pull ups
This Routine 3 times a day.
I know theres not alot of change. Actually just the added repetition on my angled sit ups and the two onto the shoulder routine.
Tomorrow there will be a slight increase on most of the routine.
Today I again went for my cardio session and ran 2.4 km in 12.42 min.
Burned 153 Calories in the process.
Tomorrow im doing 10 km in a mild pace to train my endurance as well.
I drank my 3 Daily Litres of Water today as well.
( Strongly reccomended by specialist for adult males)
( Really helpfull, during running as you sweat alot of the body's water away.)
Im trying to figure out the webcam on my comp atm.
I found the program, but as soon as i try to record, my comp freezes... permanently.(so i always have to reboot after every try)
Ill try taking a snapshot or two if i can figure it out soon.
