Hello readers
For a change im not too happy with my workout today.
I was somewhat busy and when i decided to go for a bike ride, a guy came over to fix our heating system/update. I had to stand by while that was happening.
Also after he left we got a big batch of firewood, i had to help unload and pack.
All i got in today were 2 sets of my max pushups, and half a HIIT session.
I gave the treadmill a last run, and it broke down after 8 minutes, and then again after 1 minute. Im though with that thing now. I was to late to go cycling though...
Hadmy nutrition somewhat in order today, even though didnt eat breakfast. My calories are taken in.
For the push up contest I did, as stated above, my max ammount of push ups possible.
I ended up doing 25 push ups.
Since noone else said anything or seems to be interested sofar im the only one on the list:

I had my water today as well as my protein shake with milk, for extra protein and calories.

hehe, yeah i saw that yesterday already. Also its funny to see how much of a difference a smile can make in a daily picture.
