Ill get right going today.
Over the entire day today I was very sore, especially in my arms and legs from my heavy cycling and lactic acid training yesterday.
As I said yesterday, i didnt do any cardio today so my legs can relax a bit.
Tomorrow im going to give the treadmill another shot. Who knows, maybe the settled dust on it is magical :)
I started over my push up routine today again, repeating week 1 of the programm.
I already feel a ton stronger than I did when I did it the first time.
Also my max pushups showed alot of improvement compared.
I ended up doing double on the max round, compared to the last time i did the first day of the programm.
Over the day i ended up doing pushups whenever i thought of it, dropped to the ground and just went for 5 or 6.
Also I got in my pull up training today, as planned.
Well thats it for now.
I plan on making a public push up challenge to raises some spirits.
