Day 1 the Journey Begins

Hello again.

I just completed Day One of my phisque improvement routine, and am happy with the results seeing as im going from 0% to 100% .
My routine constisted of 3 workout sessions.
10 Push ups
10 Sit ups
15 Flutter Kicks
10 Leg Lifts
15 Dumbell Lifts(10 kg)
10 Pull downs(50 kg)
25 Shoulder Routine(ill explain this lateron)
3 Triangle Push ups
7 Angled Sit ups
2 Pull ups

I did the routine 3 times.

For Cardio, today i ran 6 km in 38.44 minutes and burnt 375 calories on it.
I also drank my 3 Litres of water to keep my body nice and hydrated.Cardio really burns you out when it comes to water.

I arranged a friend to get me some protein powder on wednesday, so ill be picking it up on Thursday.

Sadly I still am unable to find the Cam.
Im not sure if a webcam can take pics, but ill see if i can get it working of i cant find my cam soon.

To my workout:
I have to limit myself to what i have, since the next gym is about 25 km away and i have no car.
Cycling there would be an option however i rather not burn myself out on the ride there, instead of in the Gym.
